In the process of use, the working temperature of the induction bearing is heated and dried. If the temperature is found to exceed the specified limit, it will automatically alarm to prevent the occurrence of burning shaft. The high temperature often indicates that the bearing has been in an abnormal situation. High temperature is also harmful to the lubricant of bearings. Sometimes overheating of thin-walled deep groove ball bearings can be attributed to the lubricant of the bearing. If the temperature of the bearing exceeds 125℃ for a long time, the life of the bearing will be reduced. The reasons for high temperature bearings include: may be insufficient lubrication of bearings, unqualified lubricants, which contain impurities, when the load is too large, it may also be that the clearance inside the bearing is not enough, the oil seal produces friction and so on.
